Light pale-gold with silver streaks at the edge. Aromas of lemon chiffon, blanched hazelnut, white peach, wet mineral, and struck match come together beautifully on the front end. The periphery has a honeysuckle-white floral accent that is just gorgeous. The palate shows richness, but with a mouthfeel that stays composed and clean. This Chardonnay feels round, poised, and focused at the same time, but without any excess weight or density. An excellent expression of Margaret River Chardonnay. Drink now–2030.
